Immigration Relief and Benefits Available for Afghans and New Arrivals

This presentation will cover the most common types of immigration relief and benefits available to immigrants with a focus on available relief for Afghan parolees. The presentation will go over basic eligibility for immigration relief, including family-based petitions, asylum, residency, naturalization, SIV, and work permits. The presentation will not cover immigration relief available at the Immigration Court (Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)).
