Welcoming Refugees in 2021 Week 2: Orientation for Thoughtful Volunteering

This session explores challenging issues related to welcoming refugees. Attendees will receive basic training on how to thoughtfully volunteer while considering topics of power, culture, paternalism, race, and socioeconomic status. Attendees will leave with resources for further group and individual education on important intersecting issues.
