Afghan Placement and Assistance Program: December Update

Since September 2021, CWS has welcomed over 850 Afghan families in communities all across the United States. Join this Lunch and Learn to learn more about the work CWS is doing to support Afghan evacuees through the Afghan Placement and Assistance (APA) Program, the current state of play, how Afghan Humanitarian Parolees are being welcomed and how you can join in! During this webinar, we will share ways that you can support and welcome arriving Afghans through volunteering, donating and more about the APA Community Partner program, which allows local organizations to sponsor Afghans. Attendees will also identify ways to continue advocating for broad support for Afghans both in the United States and in Afghanistan.
