URGENT: Indonesia Earthquake 2022


5.6 magnitude earthquake struck Cianjur town in West Java, Indonesia on November 21, 2022.

The area where the quake struck is densely populated and prone to landslides, with poorly built houses reduced to rubble in many areas. Nearly 300 people have been confirmed dead, thousands injured and nearly 60,000 people have been displaced by the disaster and more remain trapped in isolated places.
