“It is with a deep sense of personal loss that we now receive news of the death of Bob Edgar,” CWS President and CEO, the Rev. John L. McCullough said. “He was a great friend of human and global justice, and the poor. Bob was always thinking about ways of doing good, and never believed in impediments to action. He was a wonderful friend to CWS and the NCC. It was a privilege serving along side him. He will be missed.This is a very sad day.”
