CWS President and CEO the Rev. John McCullough joined other national religious leaders, including several heads of communions and faith-based organizations, in sending a letter to President Obama urging him to initiate “a high-level dialogue” between the United States and Cuba “to address a wide range of issues.”
The letter, sent May 7 to the president and all members of Congress, thanked President Obama for positive changes to the United States policy toward Cuba made by his administration in previous years but expressed disappointment with the pace of change.
