Disaster Case Management Workshops Set for October 21-25 in New Jersey

A free hands-on workshop on effective disaster case management will be offered October 21 in Vineland, 22 in Egg Harbor Township, 24 in Ocean and 25 in Hillside, N.J.

The workshop is for disaster case managers, case management supervisors, construction managers, and leaders and subcommittee leaders of long-term recovery groups working to help individuals and families recover following Superstorm Sandy.  It is offered by the humanitarian agency Church World Service with funding from the American Red Cross.

Workshops are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, with “sign in” from 9:30 to 10 a.m.  Please RSVP to Megan Kirschner atmegan.kirschner@redcross.org with your choice of location and your role in your local long-term recovery group.
